Let's boycott donating to Obama if he supports Telecom immunity

It appears that the only way to get the attention of our Dem leaders is through the Almighty $$$$. Let's refuse to donate for at least 1 month, our small dollar donations to the Obama campaign to drive home the point that he can't favor Big Business Telecoms over our civil rights. By doing this to Obama we will also be driving that point home to our Dem leaders in Congress. If they keep favoring corporations over citizens' rights, we keep our wallets closed.

after saying he is supporting the FISA bill. I feel really betrayed now and he will not see anymore donations from me. I will still vote for him, but if he pulls any more flip-flops like this I just won't vote. Supporting the FISA bill just reeks of the same old washington bullshit that has gone on far too long.

Probably the difference between the two threads is that the locked one was trying to organize and recruit others to not donate, whereas the unlocked one was just one disgruntled moonbat expressing his own intentions.
