And for the record, Water Cure and Water Boarding are two differant things. The Japanese where convicted for using Water Cure, which forces the captive to consume large amounts of water in a short period of tiem, which leads to gastric distentation, water intoxication, and potentially death.

Bush AGREED to adhere to the concepts of the Geneva Convetion for the detainees after 2006. Anything that happened to the detainees prior to that cannot be prosecuted by such. Even though he agreed to it, Water Boarding is still recognized as usable by the United States, because it is not a recognized form of torture.
