He lost his head over Batman!!! (http://www.ajc.com/metro/content/metro/cobb/stories/2008/06/28/six_flags_death.html?cxntlid=homepage_tab_newstab)

According to the police and a statement from the amusement park, the boy and a friend climbed over two 6-foot fences -- the park perimeter fence and a second one surrounding the ride -- to get to the roller coaster. Park officials said there were numerous signs warning would-be intruders of the danger.

Darwin award anyone???

Hey, a good ballcap costs $20.00!

What a dumbass.

I imagine the average IQ of earth's inhabitants has gone up slightly after this.

Hey now, that's not funny. A boy died.

I don't want to get emotional and lose my head over this though.

Yup, it isn't really a laughing matter, but really, a very unnecessary way to go.

Teenage boys are bound to do stupid things but they had to be near suicidal to get in the path of the coaster. Bad for the family and probably pretty unpleasant for the riders on the coaster because it is one of those where your legs dangle off into the air.

I feel for his family, but I have no pity for stupidity.

I'll bet his family still sues Six Flags.

I'll put the Rebel Yell guarantee on that.

I've actually seen someone who was recently decapitated through my work as an EMT, but I still have very little sympathy for this kid.

The sentence construction implies that you took his head off as part of your job. I hope that's not really the case!
