I'm one of those rare individuals who doesn't really like or dislike the Yankees. (Don't like Steinbrenner but so what? He ain't the Yankees.) To me, they're just another team.

But a 14 run inning is just painful. When I played in high school, we had a team put 14 runs on us in the bottom of the first. We lost 15 to 14 so at least we made a run at them and it was, when all was said and done, a one run game.

But 22 to 4 is just a game you want to put behind you and not think about again. Yikes.
