Grilled filets on lemon slices with grilled shrimp! Real easy and tasty and quick!
We used Tilapia filets
2 thick slices of lemon for each filet
large shrimp
We used a store bought spice mix from Flavor Foundation called Seafood blend.
Sprinkle the spice mix on the filets and the shrimp and let sit in fridge at least 1 hour.
Pre-heat grill to hot, when hot, lower heat to low setting and place 1 filet on 2 lemon slices.
Shut lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Put shrimp on grill and shut lid and cook for 5 more minutes, the fish should be flakey and the shrimp just done.
We served it with some red beans and rice with hot country sausage cut up in it, gave it a kick! And some garlic and olive oil marinated mushrooms and cold beer!
Sprinkled with spices
