So a while ago, a 15-year-old high school girl here died after drinking at a party and crashing her car. Now they have a memorial scholarship in her name. Huh??? I just don't get that.

I don't know about that, but I do think people are conveniently ignoring the circumstances of her death.

They just wanted to make a new scholarship and without any sponsor or anything they just named it after her. Maybe the parents are paying for it or something.
