Apparently, I'm invited to grow a horse's tail. Now, I've seen other spam emails about a different part of a horse, but a tail?

Is this about the plant or about real horse tails?

Believe it or not but people do actually spend time trying to grow out real horse tails for competition or parades. Seriously.
