Okay, I have been trying to put up some easy weeknite meals lately. This started out easy but turned into a project! But what a tasty project! Chicken, veggies and heat, alot of heat!!!
Some chicken breast, boneless and skinless. Put in a plastic baggie and beat with mallet untill 1/4" thick.
Season with S&P, garlic & onion powder, cayene pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Shredded cheddar cheese
For the heat;
in a sauce pan put:
1/2 cup hot sauce (crystals)
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp celery seed
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayene pepper
1/4 tsp whatsthishere sauce
simmer and stir for 1/2 hour
Meanwhile;
Saute;
onion sliced
green bell pepper sliced
baby carrotd
sliced garlic
button mushrooms
Heat up store bought garlic mashed potatos!:o
Heat grill to medium
Put chicken on grill and grill and cook 3-4 minutes and flip, after 2 minutes put cheddar cheese on and close lid and cook 3 minutes more, cheese should be melted and chicken done.
Plate and eat!
Season like mad!

A definate improvement - but there are drips and splatters everywhere . . . AT LEAST clean up before you take the shots! :p And what's with the carrot stuck in the mashed taters??? lol
I'll give you a 6 on presentation . . . . an improvement but still a ways to go.

Another edit; WTF are you doing buying store bought mashed taters?!
Can you not boil water?
Learn to boil water and buy a hand-held mixer.

Check out those pictures again. You may need new glasses. :rolleyes: As for the crap stuffed into the taters - not pretty. would have been better to have had the chicken partially laying atop the tatters. Can you tell I used to work in an upscale restaurant? :D

Plating, is an art. Most modern "Chefs" like things piled high. Or, together.....
Making your mouth water. Just by looking at the plate.
