Is anyone else going to be watching this tonight? Any predictions?

I'm excited about the Mir/Lesnar rematch and the GSP/Alves bout.

My son-in-law invited me over to watch tonite! Can't wait, it's going to be good! If Mir can get Lesner to the 3rd - 4th round I think he will win but all bets are off if lesner catches him early with one of those canned ham fists!

I like GSP against Thiago and I hate Bisping and henderson is a nut, gotta love him!

I want Mir to win, but I think Lesnar will. Lesnar has had the easiest rise to a belt ever. 1 loss, 1 decision, and he took the belt from a guy that was 10 years older and 50 pounds lighter. I respect Lesnar, but I hope hope Mir knocks him silly, but I don't think it's going to happen.

I going for GSP as well because I like him, and I'd kinda like to see a GSP/Anderson Silva ticket.

I agree about Lesnar, but that guy can be brutal. Like I said if it gets into the 3rd round I think Mir will take it!

Have you watched any of the top 100 fights count down? I haven't watched the last batch but I gotta guess the top 2 fights should be both the Forrest Griffin / Stefan Bonnar fights, I never get tired of seeing those 2 fight!

My favorite up and comer is Lyoto Machida, that guy is tough, he not only is undefeated but he has not lost even i round yet!!! He blew apart Rashad Evans!

Mir got his ass kicked! Lesnar gets you on the ground and you are done, he punches big!
GSP rules, he will stay the champ.
Haha, bisping the brit got whooped by Henderson! A huge right hand and then one more while he was down!

Time for bed.

Being so close to Vegas, and with a local kid that just made the UFC, the fights are a big deal here.

The Casino sport books had huge parties, on top of several bars, a strip club & brothel!

I'm a midwest boy, and knew alot of the early fighters, they are tough, but watching fights is just not my thing I guess.

Isn't he a class act? Won't touch gloves at the start of the fight, spitting and drooling all over the cameras when he won, trying to attack Mir after the fight's over, flipping off the audience, and of course, the comment about laying his wife. I'm sure the UFC is proud to have him as their champ.

I thought it was great. Bring some emotion and personality to the sport. I get tired of the canned comments after sporting events. I was glad Dan Henderson dropped that British prick, and gave him one for the road. Same for Mir, let's not act like Mir hasn't been running his mouth about about how Brock's punches feel like his little sister pulling his hair. Plus, Mir is the one that came over to Brock after the fight. Dude, you just got the shit beat out of you, shut up.

I don't think there is a heavyweight out there that can take Brock, Maybe that Cheick Congo, or bring back Rickson Gracie! :D

The highlight of the nite was Henderson nailing Bisping, The one for the road was excellent!! And GSP better not try to move up in class, thats how he'll get whipped. He owns that division.

Next month - Forrest Griffin vs Anderson Silva. Poor Forrest. I like Forrest but silva is deadly.

Silva is the real deal, but I can't stand him. The first fight I saw of him was his last title defense, I thought he was a bum. Then I saw some of his other fights on Unleashed, he is badass.

The Henderson fight couldn't have been any better.

How do you fight something like Brock? 265 pounds of pure athlete pounding on you. What do you do? I'd have to just shoot him.:o

Silva is like a cyborg or something. Every single punch connects. GSP will have his hands full if they fight for sure.

No argument there. I couldn't help but shout 'HA-DO-KEN!' when they replayed that shot. :D

I'm hoping someone will come up with the answer to that soon. I respect Lesnar, but I want to see someone with technique beat him. Let's be honest - Lesnar is not (doesn't need to be) the most technical fighter in the world. He can pretty much force you to the ground and if he's on top of you, you're pretty much screwed. I'd like to see him lose to a technical heavyweight like Fedor or Mirko, and if that doesn't happen, I wouldn't mind seeing him get outmuscled by someone like Bobby Lashley.
