Made this tonite, it will go with any meat dinner!
Cucumbers
tomatos
evoo
basil
S & P
Balsamic vinegar
Cut up tomatos and cukes, add vinegar, evoo,basil and S & P. Toss and refrigerate. Serve cold.
I had some basil infused evoo on hand and used that.
