WASHINGTON -- Repeatedly invoking the Bible, President Obama yesterday told religious leaders that health-care critics are "bearing false witness" against his plan.

The fire-and-brimstone president declared holy war in a telephone call with thousands of religious leaders around the country as he sought to breathe life into his plan for a system overhaul. Without naming anyone specifically in the 10-minute conference call, Obama said opponents had been spreading lies.

"I know that there's been a lot of misinformation in this debate and there are some folks out there who are, frankly, bearing false witness," Obama said. "I need you to...

HYPOCRACY THY NAME IS LIBERALISM .There are no limits with the left. The wild west of hedonism.
An Axiom:
A liberal is by definition a hypocrite. He insists upon equal results not equal opportunity. He will preach egalitarianism. To enforce that equality, he will set himself above everyone else.(Historical proof is abundant.)

Obama's conference call with 1,000 Rabbis on Health Care

Obama’s approach to insurance is fundamentally flawed - This requires some explanation. One of Obama’s positions, stated repeatedly, is that he wants a system where people are not discriminated against for having pre-existing conditions.

If he’s truly advocating a marketplace for insurance, this is simply an untenable position. The point of insurance is risk management where one pays a certain amount of money to avoid incurring a financial disaster in the future.

Insurance companies, responsible for paying out policies, profit through the pooling of risk i.e the individuals with limited risk pay premiums to cover those with higher risks of the company having to pay.

Worse, if there is no disadvantage to pre-existing conditions, then there is no incentive for the individual to purchase insurance until after the health problem materializes. At that point there is no risk from the purchaser because he knows he needs treatment, but the insurer is forced to burden the entirety of the costs.

Based on Obama’s position on pre-existing conditions, I’m forced to conclude that either he really is advocated a government controlled health care (or at least mandating individuals purchasing health care), or he simply doesn’t understand how insurance works.”

The Audacity Of Arrogantly Proclaiming A Partnership With God

You know, if a Republican or a Conservative Christian ever made a remark like Obama made yesterday, it would be a front-page news story for two-weeks while every major leftist news outlet in the nation would repeat it as a “macaca” moment. But for reasons that the average rational American is already keenly aware of, the press is giving Obama a pass on this one.

Here is what he said while addressing about 1000 Jewish Rabbis during a conference call:

In a morning conference call with about 1000 rabbis from across the nation, Obama asked for aid: “I am going to need your help in accomplishing necessary reform,” the President told the group, according to Rabbi Jack Moline, who tweeted his way through the phoner.

“We are God’s partners in matters of life and death,” Obama went on to say.
"partners are after all equals, are they not !?

I am not aware of any other President in the history of the United States of America who ever had the arrogance or the impudence to elevate himself to the same level as Almighty God the Father.
But this quote also validates what Gov. Sarah Palin said when she expressed her concerns that Obamacare would result in “death panels” that would stand in judgement of her parents or her Special Needs son, Trig. If man were to elevate himself to the level of God, man would then have the power to arbitrarily decide life and death. History has shown (as recently as Nazi Germany) that man should not assume such power.

As I said, if a Conservative ever made a comment like this, Old Media would do everything in its power to crucify the person making it. But, because Obama is a leftist/Socialist and Old Media usually plays cheerleader for him, you will read almost nothing about it in major newspapers or even mentioned on network broadcast news shows.

So... Now the question becomes, where are the liberals who complained about President Bush quoting Bible verses and saying "God bless America" meant that he wanted to be "Pastor Bush?" Nowhere? That's what I thought. No DUmp monkeys. No ACLU. No Barry Lynn. Nobody.
