Are those your lightbox pictures? Nice.. What's a setup like the first two camera cost?

Don't you just love the 28mm lens? I've got a 28mm f/2.8 that I love because of the 1.5 crop factor of my Nikon D50. It's pretty much what I'm seeing before I put my camera to my face.

The cambo 4x5 Ran me about three thousand with accessories. The bronica sq was about 1500.00. The canon Eos3 with all my lenses and remote flashes etc. was about five thousand. I'm not sure what you mean about light box photos.

I'm not sure what you mean about light box photos.

Many photographers construct light boxes to take pictures in an environment free of distractions and with great lighting.

Like this. (http://jasontomczak.com/images/20071217/IMG_7508_light_box.jpg)

I have equipment to do that too but those pictures of the three cameras I got from the web.I have a fairly large microscope with camera mount. It's fun to take pictures of bugs. I lived and breathed cameras for quite awhile I sold hundreds of them. Thats all kind of been on the back burner since my eyes changed. The last wedding I photographed was hell and I swore I would never do it again. I still have all my equipment except for the wet darkroom and enlargers. I have some state of the art scanning and printing equipment.

Most of them haven't been seen in over a hundred years. I bought them from a lady who got them from an estate sale. Here is one of a cotton gin.

That's a good picture. Don't stand under the other end when you take their picture though. Pelicans are bad that way too!
I had fun taking pictures of gulls in Galviston. We stayed in a hotel that was built on a dock out over the water and they came to the balcony visiting.

You can fix that in Photoshop with saturation and contrast adjustments. The filter I use for fall colors is called an enhancing filter. You won't lose as many stops as you do with the polorizer.

I like to find negatives that have never been enlarged and printed. Most of the older pictures were made laying the negatve on the photographic paper and shining a light on it to expose the image on the paper. Nowdays they are put in an enlarger and projected onto paper or done digtally.
