It's so hot here today and I hate cooking anyway. I think I may just have a big salad.

I don't even have a grill here. I doubt I could make much on a Hibachi!:D:D

Some salmon and garlic 'n' herb veggies. Rice sounds good too now that Gingersnap mentioned it.

Well..my lady has been experimenting lately. So I'm sure it's going to be something vegetarian tonight. She cares about my health and all....;)

I would never have eaten Vegetarian 10 years ago....but time, age, and health will do crazy things to you.

patriot, you just made my day! I use those kind of meals a lot. I can't be trusted chopping any more so they are a lifesaver (and pretty tasty)

I was not in the mood for cooking, so I snacked on tortilla chips with Velveeta cheese and chili dip.

The chicken legs were delicious. Had to add a few Boarhead hot dogs as my son came over unexpectedly and we had to share the chicken wings. :D The grilled veggies came out just right. I'm in charge of throwing the veggies into our grilling wok and SR makes them come out just right. Tonight had fresh asparagus, zucchini, mushrooms, sweet potato and red onion in the mix. It was soooo good.

The grilled steak was great, and was improved by the fresh corn on the cob and tomatoes a friend brought us from his weekend place on the Eastern Shore.
