Martial Law? Is Obama setting up a crisis?

Dear Fellow Patriots,

In 1999 I did some extensive research into the Clinton Administration. As a computer programmer I felt that a crisis would occur at Y2K, obviously I was wrong on that count, but not on the facts I gathered for my series posted on the Internet at Free Republic and other sites – Presidential Treason 101, 102, 103, 104, and 105. I made a special effort not to use any conservative sources – most of the information came from the left wing media.

The push of Cloward & Piven and Alinsky has been going on for a long time, with the first accomplishment being the bankruptcy of New York City in 1975, as identified by Rudy Giuliani, and the most recent being the 2008 financial crisis.

Probably the most urgent information is in Presidential Treason 102 where it dissects the laws and executive orders that affect the powers of the Executive branch in a crisis. In the Clinton Administration it was set up (through Clinton’s specific Executive Orders and Presidential Decision Directives) so the National Security Advisor (a position not confirmed by the Senate), Sandy Berger and other czars were in complete control of the country. Is that what is happening now?

Clinton was thwarted by the 1994 elections and he had to swing from the far left more toward the middle. Hopefully this change of power will occur in 2010.

However, Presidential Treason 102 might indicate that more attention be given to the chain of command in the event of martial law, see Section 4. Review the existing US Code. The National Security Advisor assumes total control!

It is also interesting to note the number of people from the Clinton Administration that are in the WH now – including the lawyers with their Chinese/Russian connections (Hogan and Hartson being the most questionable) See also How Obama Worked His Way Into Clinton's D.C. Lawyer Base. As of now, I can’t find any Executive Orders or Presidential Decision Directives that have changed, although is it curious that Obama would push for parts of the Patriot Act?

Does Obama have the proper czars in place to accomplish his goals? A lawyer could sort through all this – I’m just a mathematician. However, I feel that focus should be put on what would happen in a national emergency which is obviously being created through spending…

Well DUH! Of course he is. He keeps trying to find those “triggers” to put martial law into motion but so far it hasn’t worked, but it WILL. It’s just a matter of time.

We’re going into slavery my friend. Everyday there’s a new outrage against the citizens of this nation and our “representative” pukes do nothing, nothing at all. I’ve had the pleasure of telling a few off. But that’s no consolation when I consider that my seven granddaughters have lost their futures in this once great country.

I could be wrong, but I think Obama and his gang is the crisis.

It’s just a matter now what will be the last straw and will there be enough in our Congress to make a difference or will the people rise up against this craziness.

They can declare it, then they have to enforce it, and that will make a whole bunch of people really angry.
