Carbon Credits for Condoms ... well, not exactly. But close enough.

Washington (CNSNews.com) Andrew Revkin, who reports on environmental issues for The New York Times, floated an idea last week for combating global warming: Give carbon credits to couples that limit themselves to having one child

Someone should tell him that the earth was warmer a few hundred years back when there were less people.

I haven't had any children and barring a flat out miracle, I never will.

Send me money for not contributing at all to population growth. Oh, and I want a lifetime exemption from any taxes that fund schools or kids.

Stupid idea this. I am all for population controls based on common sense. There is NO NEED to expand the human population. And there is a drain on the worlds resources having this many people.
