Carbon Credits for Condoms ... well, not exactly. But close enough.


Washington (CNSNews.com) – Andrew Revkin, who reports on environmental issues for The New York Times, floated an idea last week for combating global warming: Give carbon credits to couples that limit themselves to having one child

Someone should tell him that the earth was warmer a few hundred years back when there were less people.

I haven't had any children and barring a flat out miracle, I never will.

Send me money for not contributing at all to population growth. Oh, and I want a lifetime exemption from any taxes that fund schools or kids. :rolleyes:

Stupid idea this. I am all for population controls based on common sense. There is NO NEED to expand the human population. And there is a drain on the worlds resources having this many people.
