Errors:
1) The Earth's core is not a couple of a Million Degrees
2) Geothermal energy is usuall a lot deeper than a couple of kilometers. The deepest mine is 3.5 kilometers and people can survive in it.
3) This is not a newly discovered energy source. They know about geothermal energy for a long time
4) Drill bit have melted because of heat cause by the friction generated by contact between the drill bit and rock. Not by pre-existing heat. This problem was solved long ago when the started keep the drill bit cool by spraying water on it.
I think this must be some kind of record for the most erroneous information given out in 1 minute and 47 secs.
