Michelle Obama has made (to say the least) some "interesting" fashion choices in the White House, but she looked very nice last night. I hope we see more of this sort of thing, and less of the wide belts.

I was happy to see that on the news this morning. After a whole lot of fashion mistakes, this dress really is pretty and it becomes her.

But she had a kind of FAIL moment earlier in the day:

I like the pumpkin lood better. It covers up more skin. Now, if she would just wear a bag over head.:)

Without a doubt megi. :D

But the dress for the dinner last night was a nice choice. The normal
"picker" must have had the night off. :D

This looks like the ugliest mother of the bride dress ever created. Another thought, look at how high those heels are, how tall she is anyway, and the height of the Prime Minister's wife. Wouldn't you think that she'd try to at least not accentuate so much the vast height difference?

It is an improvement, very flattering, but does anyone recall any of the other first ladies showing that much cleavage? It looks like she's using one of those Victoria Secret push-up bras. I wouldn't expect her to dress in a sari like the state visitor, but perhaps the dress should be a tad more modest.

Bullshit.

She looks like my grandmother's drapes in the mid-60's.

Except, my grandmother's drapes looked better over the windows.

I would say those heels are two inches, not high at all. I refuse to not wear heels to please short people. Pumpkin dress is ugly, OP dress looks nice on her.

What cleavage? It is not low enough for cleavage.

I want to see proper cleavage, dammit.
