Clear and cool on The Mountain.

I've had a migraine that won't quit. I still watched the Florida-Florida State game and the Georgia Georgia-Tech game.

Otherwise I have done nothing. I haven't even had a cigar or a scotch all weekend. :(

Still, stiff upper lip and endeavor to persevere eh wot?

TOTD: Games. I despise most games. I wasn't always like that. We used to play Monopoly and Rummy and Setback. We even played poker. I just don't care for it anymore.

Scrabble and Trivial Pursuit were my favorites. There were those games we used to play in the car on long trips about spotting license plates from various states. Never did get Hawaii or Alaska.

There are also drinking games for the Bob Newhart show (a shot everytime someone says Bob) and other such things.

There's also lawn tennis and badmitton and such.

I'm not sure where backgammon falls in. And Lawn Darts. Whatever happened to Lawn Darts?

Ah, the good old days.

Sorry to hear about the headache. I get those often, and all of them suck. I'm thankful for Imitrex.

Saturday was full of shopping mixed in with an early dinner at a local BBQ joint...I had kabobs, pork, chicken and steak. Yummy. After dinner, more shopping.

I have gifts to wrap & ship. Most of the stuff that I bought today was for myself or my mother.

TOTD: Once in a while I play a game online. The only live games I play require a wager. :D

Right now I'm collecting the parts for a new army for the table top version of this game....

The new Space Wolf army book just came out. It's my favorite force in the game of Warhammer 40,000 so I have to put an army together for it.

I feel better now. I slept late this morning, which was nice.

I was advised not to take imitrex because of my blood pressure. (I think it was imitrex anyway.) I usually take a pain med and lie down in a dark quiet room. This one wasn't too bad.

We used to play a lot of penny-ante poker but not so much lately.

That's cool. I've never played a table-top wargame they are fascinating. I watched a civil war game being played and it was easy to see how you could get addicted to them. It looked fun.

be careful! My eyes rolled so far back in my head the bug thought I was having a seizure! Thank goodness I didn't have a sitter the day I had to renew my basic life support certification and she was able to respond appropriately!

But thanks to World of Warcraft, there is a genocide of a peaceful race being perpetrated in the lands of Azeroth.....
