If you've ever wanted to read the bible in a year, now's the time to make your plan. There are a lot of bible reading plans out there that take anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes a day. It's a lot easier than you think!

The plan I use is from the Christadelphians. (http://www.christadelphia.org/readplan.htm) You can send away for the three laminated cards and that's all you'll get - the Christadelphians won't follow up with literature. (It's a great reading plan but the Christadelphians are a goofy bunch.) This plan takes you through the OT once and the NT twice. Use the link to either download the plan or send away for the cards.

There are a lot of other options, though. Some just focus on the NT, some draw together scriptures that focus on certain themes, and others use passages to encourage personal objectives or goals. There's something for everyone.

Give it a try this year if you've been thinking about doing it. ;)

The begats are good for you... It teaches patience through suffering.

Yes, you can skip them since the really important ones get repeated in the NT. :p
