Also seems to verify the old adage that some folks will NEVER admit their opponent laid a glove on them.

"Sending a message...", indeed.

The real message is..... Shape up or we will ship you out!

On the other hand, I do hope the Dems continue this retreat from reality. The longer they keep "pushing" or making up fairy tales in the way of excuses, the better for a more Moderate Congress this November.

Holy shit...the spin is overwhelming.

They are totally clueless. You listen to the Sunday morning talk shows, and they are all saying they are going to push harder to get this healtcare reform passed. But on Fox, Brit Hume made the point that when mr obama was elected, 5% of the population thought healthcare was the most important issue on the table.

5%. They have spent a year touting what 5% of the population deems the most important issue facing America. Heaven forbid they hit on the 40+% that said jobs and the economy were the most important issue.

What a bunch of total fuck up rejects.
