Obama is going stump for Sen Harry Reid. Should Reid start packing? Obama raced to Mass to shore up Dem Coakley's bid for Kennedy's seat. An unheard-of Republican Scott Brown beat her handily. The prez parachuted into Virginia and New Jersey last Nov to back Dems. Both lost. He jetted to Copenhagen twice: losing the 2016 Olympics for Chicago and coming up empty-handed on climate change.

He refuses to see it that way. For his whole life his brilliance and popularity have always been able to pull it out.
