A realy dumb question

My cat stepped on my keyboard and I lost all the top part of my screen. My favorites are off, and a few other things - my Google tool bar is gone.

I know it's probably an "F" something to restore it but I can't recall.

I solved it. I need to reboot the cat. He walks on my keyboard CONSTANTLY.
