Tomorrow is a rain day, I will stay home and reload.

TOTD. Strawberry jam is mighty fine but when it comes to blackberries we make jelly out of them, the seeds are annoying!

I will spend the day at the office. I think the weather will finally be warm enough today to wear capris again. Thank God. This has been the roughest winter ever.

Perfect weather here in West Texas (center of the universe). It's that good early spring baseball game type weather today. About 53 right now, but will be up in the 60's by afternoon, sunny blue skies but enough puffy white clouds around to keep it cool. Very slight breeze in the air, the kind like "summer breeze, makes me feel fine, blowin through the jasmine in my mind".

Bread should be lightly toasted, immediately covered with a thin layer of butter while warm so that the butter seeps down into the bread. And then a thin layer of strawberry jam spread on. This should be taken with a glass of cold mild and then chased with Maxwell House coffee that is good to the last drop.

It's been snowing on and off all day and that will keep up through tomorrow.

TOTD: I had to vote for the Jooos11!!1. Although I make jelly and preserves, I don't eat them on toast. I use them for desserts or cookie fillings.

Butter is all that is needed on toast. ;)
