Most of us see airport security as a pain. Some of us even feel violated. When you see the below pictures, you'll understand why they want our cell phones through the x-ray machine.

Another thing-that's an injection-molded gun! That means that someone has designed and built a mold to produce those. And what that means is that that isn't a one-off, custom made gun.. Once you get an injection molding machine making a part, depending on the cycle time, you could make one of these every minute, or so.. Molds aren't cheap to make-usually, for a complicated part like this $20-50k, so someone was serious about it..
