apparently in 2006 John Conyer's filed a lawsuit against the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005. Now the case was thrown out, that's not the story, what IS was the fact that Louise Slaughter was also a Plaintiff in the case. They all claimed that the Bill that Bush signed wasn't enforceable as a Law since the Senate and House bills weren't Identical and therefore Unconstitutional.

I am betting that is all in Levin's briefcase, fettpett. If they try this maneuver it is going to be in the courts and in America's face right up to the Nov. elections and the Dems are going to be decimated at the polls. I almost hope the Duncecrats try this, but only almost.

yeah it probably is, just hadn't seen it anywhere till i was looking up Slaughter on Wiki. thought i'd post and show how big of a fucking hypocrit she is
