Meet Charles Thomas. The 24-year-old Floridian was arrested Saturday morning on probation violation charges. While being booked into a Tampa lockup, Thomas gave his occupation as female impersonator, which explains the fierce makeup (Thomas was popped at his home at 3:22 AM, so he likely had just got off work)....
