Tattooing Your Eyeballs?

I was watching Lockup tonight and in one episode they had 3 inmates who tattooed their eyeballs. They used a hypodermic needle. Anybody heard of this?

I've heard of it. People are hopelessly depraved - that's in the bible. :D

And, of course, these are the types of people who whine about not being able to get a decent job then use that as an excuse as to why they turn to crime.
