I plan every year so that I dont get a refund. I want to be at about zero or owe a little each April 15th.

I decided years ago......why should I let the government hold my money for a year and pay me no interest. Instead, start a payroll savings plan. Then at tax time, withdraw enough to pay your taxes and the rest is your refund, no waiting, and you earn interest on YOUR money.
