Mexican and U.S. authorities were "secretly scrambling" last month to thwart a Mexican drug cartel's plot to blow up a Texas dam that would have flooded an area with about 4 million inhabitants, according to the Houston Chronicle's Dane Schiller and James Pinkerton.

Law enforcement officials were reportedly tipped off to a plot when they found one of the handbills that the drug cartel Los Zetas was distributing on the Mexican side of the river, warning residents to clear out ahead of the explosion. Authorities found "small amounts of dynamite near the dam," the Chronicle said.

Yeah, us misguided Arizonans, passing our silly laws when clearly we don't know what we are talking about.

 And yet, even with stuff like this happening, we still have dummies that still support illegal immigration.

If the media in country did it's job, it would have been a very bad week for the lefties in office. With this in the headlines, they would have lost whatever argument against S.B. 1070 they ever thought they had. On top of that, if the home invasions and kidnappings executed by Gulf and Los Zetas, on our side of the border, were in the national news, anyone who criticizes S.B. 1070 might well be tarred and feathered.

But you normally don't hear a peep about it in the old media.

I chose bitch over the word I'd prefer to use but I already know the site automatically censors. It's a word that begins with C and ends in UNT.

Well, the take home lesson is that we are willing to assist others in closing borders but not willing to close our own.

So, basically the administration is for slavery, rape, vehicular assault, murder, wage fraud, voter fraud, and welfare fraud.

Ceasar Chavez is rolling in his grave.

I think it's a good idea. If she can do it there, she can do it here.

Remember why it is that Osama said that he has targeted the US: our presence in Saudi Arabia.
