I don't know if anyone has posted this yet but what it means is that the global warming argument is moot. Wilbur won, the executive branch and the EPA has complete control over the air that we breathe and congress has agried not to contest their right. Cap and trade has passed without a sound.

Specturd voted for it. As did Bob "I can't think for myself" Casey. I want both these bastards sent home. Luckily Specturd is on his way out. Next to fall will be Casey.

ETA - here are the vote tallys:

This is the way liberals work. What they can't get past the Constitution, they get the courts and their favorite agencies to put into law.

Time to start taking out the trash - the easy way or the hard way. Their choice.

You know I hope we get to do this the easy way, but I won't be surprised if we have to do it that other way.

This thread will soon be relevant, remember the words Obama used in his speech yesterday.

President Obama said: Cap-and-trade was just one way of skinning the cat; it was not the only way.
