SB 1070, now ARS 13-1509, is likely to get Brewer re-elected and that has led to dilemma for me. I like what Brewer did with this bill, but I don't like Brewer as Governor. Buz Mills, in my opinion, is much better suited for the job. However, I'm afraid if Arizona elects Buz Mills, who would have signed this bill into law if given the chance, the left media will say that Brewer's failure to get re-elected is some sort of referendum on ARS 13-1509. It won't be true, but that's never stopped the left media before.

I'm sure this is mentioned somewhere else on CU, but....... All we hear about is Arizona and how evil their law is, something I find amusing since it isn't even in effect yet.

Where is the outrage in DC and amongst the libs about Rhode Island's law relative to illegal aliens? Not a peep from the alphabet networks about it, and it's been in effect since, I think, 2008.

Oh..... a democratic governor signed that executive order in RI. Could that be the reason?
