Cool story, though. We were grilling with the in laws at my house Saturday. I walked out to turn the deer meat when my father in law said, "Look at that bird!!!". I looked around for it, since my uncle next door has bird feeders out. He said, "No. There's a bird on your back." I looked over my shoulder, and there was a bird climbing up to my shoulder. Of course I ducked and started swatting like a girl, while this bird flies around my head. It lit on my doorsteps. It is a tiny little Zebra Finch. I reached down and picked it up. It's in an old bird cage of my aunt's now. I'm going after work to get him a friend and a new cage. I couldn't just leave it outside. It wouldn't have made it with all the cats around the neighborhood. plus, it did just fly up and light on my shoulder.

I told my wife that I'm like Ace ventura. She said, "No. You're more like Snow White." She's such a wonderful wife.
