All this Ward Churchill nosense raises its ugly head again.

Millions were murdered by Japan in China, a hundreds of thousands in the Phillapines, POWs used as slave labor and medical expirements, Koreans used as forced labor, women forced to be come "comfort girls" for the Imperial Army. If China, Korea, or the Phillapines had the Bomb, they would have reduced Japan to nothing but ash.

Oh for cryin' out loud! I am glad the bombs were dropped on both cities. Teach them to fuck with us. They haven't fucked with us since, have they?

Where we really f'd up was helping them rebuild their industries, like steel for example.

Japan - be glad that we dropped the bomb on Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Far fewer people were killed as a result - fewer Americans and fewer Japanese.

Sgt. Kenneth Irvin Cruzan, B-29 gunner, AAF, died in Japanese POW camp 731 in Manchuria.......my uncle

Too bad we didn't have a dozen more A-bombs!

As far as this Aussie is concerned...fuck 'em. We did what had to be done to stop a war they started. Aussie prisoners of war have long memories, Aussie vets remember each and every atrocity they committed.

We do not forget.

We will never forgive.

We did what we had to.
