They make on that just fits over your nose, irritating little bastard too. Dries out your nasal cavities.

I use what they call a hybrid, it covers your mouth and has a nipple for each nostril coming out the top. I have used a mask for 9 years now.

That is what I used until I tried the hybrid, there are a couple of different brands now, I like it better, less leakage.

Seriously though, insomnia is a symptom of sleep apnea. Previous checks have ruled out apnea. Besides - once I get there - I sleep. I just have a fucking hell of a time getting there. :( I'm fairly certain that at least part of it is psychological. I still have some pretty wicked nightmares . . . . .
