...Jonathan O'Neill Browne, 50, asked his Longleaf neighbor on Wednesday to stop using the trimmer, but the neighbor refused, according to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report.

So Browne went to his home at 3535 Town Ave., retrieved a broom, and went back across the street to hit his neighbor with it, the report said.
