...The classes - part of the English course - will involve watching 16 classic zombie films and reading zombie comics, before either writing a final research paper or scripting or storyboarding their own perfect zombie movie.

The course will be taught by zombie expert Arnold Blumberg, the author of 'Zombiemania', a book on zombie movies. Blumberg is also the curator of Geppi's Entertainment Museum, which specialises in American pop culture. ...link (http://www.metro.co.uk/weird/840238-university-of-baltimore-to-teach-zombie-classes)

Will this be like Women's Studies? Useful only for a career in grievance mongering?
Equal rights for the Zombie-American Community now!! :D

Monsters have a very special place in literary and film studies. Zombies just rule in general too.

Women's studies' classes are very useful, for the brave men who are willing to take them-the odds are that there will only be one man in the class, and 20 women. At least 5 or 6 of the women will be the kind who wear dresses and shave their legs and armpits, so even at that, the odds are good.
