Lots of new and returning shows are back this week on broadcast TV.

Any favorites? Plan to check out any of the new offerings? I read somewhere there are 11 new shows.

I thoroughly enjoy Castle so I will be tuning in tonight for that.

New shows I might check out: The Whole Truth (legal drama that focuses on both sides), No Ordinary Family (Michael Chiklis with superhero powers), and Blue Bloods (Tom Selleck--'nuf said :D).

Been waiting for House for what seems like an eternity. I just hope they don't turn it into a soap opera since House and Cuddy have hooked up.

Been waiting for House for what seems like an eternity. I just hope they don't turn it into a soap opera since House and Cuddy have hooked up.

There was a commercial for it last week that featured a lot of House and Cuddy--cuddling in bed, cuddling in the kitchen, cuddling at the hospital.

I get the idea that they will be heavily focused on their relationship this season.

I just hope we don't see a kinder, gentler House.

I'm going to have to break down and check out Modern Family. Everyone who watches it says it's terrific.

Just got done watching The Event and Chase. The Event will take a bit to get going but it seems to have potential. Chase is thrilling, fast paced and full of gunplay, mayhem and carnage.

I think "Fringe" starts this week. I have been watching "Sons of Anarchy" and "Mad Men". I would probably watch "Mad Men" even if Christina Hendricks was not on it but I hope I don't have to make that choice.

Fringe is tomorrow.

I watched the Glee season premiere last night. I love Sue Sylvester (the cheerleading coach played by Jane Lynch). She is so evil and funny.

I also watched the premiere of Detroit 187, which was a pretty good cop show. I like things filmed in Detroit.
