One of the most talented musicians I have ever seen perform, LeRoi Moore, the Saxophonist for Dave Matthews Band, died tonight.

It was unexpected. He was 47.

Anyone who had the privilege of watching DMB perform live knows just how talented this man was.

My wife is a huge DMB fan. Talented musicians, just not my cup of tea. She used to say if we ever have a son, we'll name him Matthew David. I told her, maybe Daniel Charles. That usually ended the conversation.
