The Constitution's 5th Amendment says, in part:
No person...... (shall) be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.

Fraudulent paperwork - in any amount - is a clear violation of The Fifth Amendment.

but the WH is not calling for a moratorium on foreclosures while the fraud is being untangled.

so full speed with foreclosures, even if due process continues to be ignored.

If these people are invoking the 5th amendment when it comes to private contracts between 2 parties then they don't understand the 5th amendment. The 5th amendment pertains to the government and not private industry. However, what these idiots don't understand is that when it comes to foreclosures, the due process happens before you set one foot in the house. It's called a mortgage contract. That contract simply states that if you don't pay your mortgage, the bank is going to take your house as just compensation. You sign that contract knowing this. So, you stop paying your mortgage. The bank sends you countless letters telling you to pay up and if you continue to not pay, they have the right to take your home. This is not ambiguous. There is no violation of due process here. Them complaining is nothing more than the entitlement mentality at work.
