Should Veteran's Compensations and VA spending be increased?

I think that we could do much better for our Veterans.
The VA and Veteran's Comp isn't a handout (imo) because it's payment and compensation for services performed for the nation, and I think if we were to increase any areas of spending, this should be the key area.

Of course. We sure as hell owe them. We have to take care of our Veterans since we ask them to go into harms way. It's the only area of Defense that shouldn't be cut.

It should be increased only if an increase is needed to provide the support and benefits previously promised to vets, or to deal with new issues or problems resulting from the current conflicts that were not mentioned at all in this campaign.
