I'm so glad to see CNN and CBS decided this wasn't newsworthy:

You should do a little digging in the back story of this, talk about conspiracies.

According to Arnebeck, the United States Supreme Court's recent Citizens United decision allows independent contributions from wealthy private and corporate donors. Coordinated activities between partisan candidates and groups like the Chamber of Commerce's Partnership for Ohio's Future and Rove's American Crossroads are illegal.

The complaint also discloses new information about the December 19, 2008, air crash death of Michael Connell, Rove's computer guru. Connell was deposed one day prior to the November, 2008, presidential election. He has been linked to construction of a computer apparatus that was tied directly to Rove and was capable of election manipulations. These activities have been at the center of the King-Lincoln-Bronzeville lawsuit. We will report further on this matter in an upcoming story.
So its not that he actually broke the law per-say, but they believe that the supreme court ruling is wrong, and the contributions from corporate donors is illegal.

Plus there is hinting that some how Rove had some involvement in Connells' death, because it came to light that he built a computer linked to Rove.

It continues with;

Arnebeck's complaint suggests there may have been illegal contributions from a foreign corporation. "In a meeting I had with Lloyd Mahaffey, of the United Auto Workers," Arnebeck writes, "he told me that when representatives of Daimler-Chrysler were confronted by the union concerning their expenditures to influence the Ohio Supreme Court race in 2000, as reported by the Wall Street Journal, their representatives assured Mahaffy that the decision to make that contribution was made in Germany." Such a decision-making process for contributing funds to a U.S. political campaign would be clearly illegal.
So the Unions, suggested that there 'May' have been some foreign cash involved in an election case 10 years ago. No proof, and all hearsay. That the head-quarters of the company was involved. But again, no proof.

It continues that Arnebeck has a 'confidential source' who has 'witnessed' the events, but refuses to say who and says he 'may' come forward with more information later.

To me that says they have nothing, and is hoping on hate for Rove to nail him. Because is they had any thing of substance, they would blast it all over the news and nail him hard in public with it.

The intent, they admit (http://www.opednews.com/articles/Media-Malpractice-Karl-Ro-by-Gustav-Wynn-101030-401.html), was to create a "November surprise."

On Nov. 1, Rove did not show for the hearing but lawyers for the US Chamber of Commerce did, faking out Arnebeck and the courts with a deceptive stall tactic to prevent from disclosing their donors in time for the Midterm elections Tuesday.

The name sounded a little familiar to me, so I went and reminded myself about what a scorching moonbat Arnebeck is (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cliff_Arnebeck). Wiki doesn't say it, but wasn't this kook one of the ones involved with Bev Harris?
