I'm going to make a simple meat and tater dish tonight.
Filet Mignon and baked potato with sour cream!!! Yum! :D

Actually, I left the dfac 20 seconds after it came out of the toaster. By the time I walked across the street and got back into my building, it was already cold.

I haven't decided yet, probably some kind of animal with sweet potatoes and super sweet corn. I have to dig the saw dust out of my ears first!

Chicken drums sautéed in butter and onion with cayenne pepper.

Don't forget the juicy ripe tomato sliced with big pieces of a Florida avacado (they're huge), along with 3 types of fresh peppers diced and a little red onion. I get this delicious salsa from Costco, mango peach salsa, and mix it in with the veggies. It's super.
It went well with the filet mignon and baked potato.

Was going to make chili but we ate lunch late. So, the chili will be a crock pot dinner tomorrow.

Ham and pea soup I cooked for lunch and roast beef, rice and gravy for supper my SIL cooked.
