the county seat of Maricopa County. Now, if all this is incorrect, the (suburb) name of "Maricopa" is at least reminiscent and IS in AZ of the Mc5planes/ARPAIO notoriety. My penchant is to play/ridicule/lampoon wingnuts and I regard all's fair in that department and don't really matter a hill o'beans, the way they ridicule-denigrate-mock-bully Libs.

On my map it's ten miles outside where the Phoenix beltway ought to be (if it were completed), so it's a suburb. Gaithersburg is 30 miles from DC. Santa Rosa is pretty far from SF.
