Correct about what? There's very little that he's said that is correct, especially that the "violent rhetoric" (paraphrasing) caused this incident.

You 'people' dont like him because he was correct.Correct about what? He sure as shit wasn't correct in his idiotic moonbat rantings about "vitriol." And he definitely was not correct in how he conducted his department.

So, in what way was he correct? Did he manage to read a calendar correctly or something?

No, we don't like him because he exploited a tragedy to make cheap political points and stifle legitimate dissenters by slandering them.

We're also starting to dislike you, but for different reasons.

Then the issue lies MOSTLY with the left. Especially when it comes to violent rhetoric and slanderous accusations.

As a native Zonie I'd really be interested in your Canadian opinion. Have you ever met Clarence? Have you ever asked him about his selective enforcement of Arizona law?

Please please pleaseplease tell me :)

Like the manners that you have demonstrated since you've been here?

A few samples:

At 35.5 you are a grotesque, disgusting beast - shame on you! You my friend are a heart attack waiting to happen. Enjoy what's left of your life.

We liberals are endowed with independant thought. Conservatives group-think, incapable of independant thinking .

The man was provoked by a pathetic old fat TEA Bagger. Does the call for civility by President Obama apply to the TEA Baggers or did they have their state supplied hearing aids turned off?
You are aware that Tea-Bagger is a pejorative term derived from a sexual act? And that to most people on the right, it is as offensive as any ethnic slur? BTW, I especially enjoyed the one that follows, especially in the context of the one after it.

ZAFOD,

i bet your head is on the verge of exploding? You are the atypical right-wing, wack job in that your only response to logical comments is to resort to juvenile, schoolyard, name-calling. Good boy. you didnt let me down.

Yes Im sure ole Rush Limpdick carriues a bottle of Viagra around with him for the fun of it. He doesnt need them does he? I wonder if that's why he has been married four times? the other three were per-Viagra and found out after that he needed it.
So, name-calling is juvenile, except when you do it?

If you demand civility, you'd better practice it first.

APACHE,
What was said about what? Ive never met "Clarence" but I have seen the TEA Baggers protesting at meeting, attacking Helath Care Reform, Ive seen their signs portraying Obama as a Nazi,a dn Ive seeen them with high powered weapons are public meetings. To me they are uncivil and are challenging the authorites at every step. As for "Clarence" enforing the law I know nothing and I doubt you do either. I do know though that he has been in police work for 30 odd years and was elected to office numerous times by the people. If they dont like what he said, if he was not be truthful Im sure they will vote him out. Correct?

You may not understand this, but Americans are allowed to challenge the authorities. They work for us. We, the American people, are the ultimate authority, and the elites impose their will on us at their peril. Tyranny isn't civil, and opposition to it cannot be.
