Get a dog. I have no chipmunks but neither do I have voles. The dogs eat them. :)

the dog we had at the time - have since moved - was a big chicken. she'd run from them. Of course - when we lived on the farm growing up - the dog we had then ate anything that was didn't move fast enough to avoid her. :D
