More than 350 Meet to launch Recall Effort of Sen. Dave Hansen

An effort to recall state Sen. Dave Hansen kicked off Saturday with hundreds of supporters and opponents gathering on the far northwest side of Green Bay. Hansen, assistant minority leader from Green Bay, is one of 14 Democratic senators who left the state on Feb. 17 to block a vote on Republican Gov. Scott Walker’s budget repair bill. (snip)It is Hansen’s continued absence that was the most often-stated reason for supporting the recall. “I’ve never done anything like this,” said Chris Drew of Green Bay. “(His absence) irks me to death.

Hopefully the first of 14 recall efforts. It''s come to this. The Public sector unions against the governor of semi bankrupt states refusing to pay even a small token of their benefits to relieve some of the burden on the government. They would rather see the entire state default without a drop of remorse rather than give up a small part of their massive political payoff.

The past Democrat administrations have pandered the unions for years for their political support by allowing pay increases and retirement benefits available in the private sector only to upper management. These wildly excessive benefits were totally unfunded and represent a large part of the deficit .

The NEA always has been an organ of the Democrat party and it's political support is critical to the party. All teachers are forced to join the unions and pay dues or they will be terminated.A part of the dues paid are forwarded to the NEA as part of the national union structure. The NEA is a political organ of the national alliance of teachers unions and exercises considerable political clout with the Secretary of education. In short the unions have a political 'strangle hold ' on America. The National Education Association is the largest union in America.

Over the years the local teachers unions have negotiated into their school contracts paid absences to attend Democratic political events and work for the party during school time.

If the unions are able to' bully ' and intimidate the governor of Wisconsin into backing down than they are indeed the rulers of America .If the Governor is forced by the unions tactics he will have no other recourse but massive layoffs to cut expenses while the unions enjoy their victory and all others suffer. The bully tactics the unions have always used will spread nation wide and force the total insolvency of all America.
