Just thought I'd post some pictures we got yesterday. Sept. 1st, the U.S. officially turned over all of Anbar Province to the Iraqis. I didn't get to see the ceremony, however my unit flew some great missions bringing grunts out of the field near the ceremony site for some much deserved hot chow and a shower, these guys have been living on the road the last 30 days or so.
