Again. I can't complain I guess since it routinely snows here on Mother's Day but it's snowing. :(

That sucks, do you have anything in the garden that will get hurt?

Nope. The lettuce, radish, carrots, and cabbage will be fine. The Snake Gourds, tomatoes, and other hot starts are inside, safe and cozy. It just screws up my planning since everything will be retarded. :(

You have a head start on me, I need to get busy. I bought a new motor for the troybuilt but I haven't put it on yet.

God willing and the creek don't rise, I'm tilling my other veggie beds tomorrow unless the snow is really bad. I feel cold just thinking about it, :(

Can you for once resist your pavlovian urge to shit on the rug?

Global warming=snow in late April/early May? Go figure.

And Hazldick says that global warming equals longer winters! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Longer winters! Global warming makes it colder? Who's have thunk it! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

And to think I thought that global warming meant we're all gonna roast like a turkey in the oven when it actually means we're all gonna freeze!

Uh, yeah - that must be it. According the records we've kept out here, Global Warming must have started in Colorado sometime around 1860.

It's mostly disappeared but it's in the low 40s now and pretty chilly with the wind.

It's perfect weather here. We don't have to use the AC, but I guess Ginger doesn't have to use it, either. :D

I remember driving over the continental divide in Colorado in early June and running into snowstorms, so don't think snow in Colorado the end of April is any indication of anything other than normal weather patterns.

Does Hazeldick even know any other way to behave?

Our ground is too wet to work right now. It will be a couple of weeks before we are able to plant.
