Rapture prank: Leave clothes and shoes around town

From the Twitter: Rapture prank: On Saturday, take some of your unwanted clothes and shoes and leave sets of them arranged on sidewalks and lawns around town.

http://wonkette.com/446152/this-saturdays-rapture-what-...Of course the atheist DUmmies think that all Evangelicals believe that the world is going to end on the 21st, when in reality it is a very small group that is either a cult or greatly off track on what the bible teaches.

1. My god, that's effing delicious. Especially since the True Believers will think they didn't rate.

2. And if your fundie neighbor....

...sees the clothes, panics because they weren't invited along for the ride, runs out in the street and gets hit by a car?

Remember, these aren't the most rational people you're likely to meet.

4. And it also means that they weren't chosen to be raptured.

So, you'd kind of have the last laugh.

21. From the comment section:

"If I could stomach it, I'd spend all day Sunday going from church to church, just to pop my head in the door and say,
'Ya'll still here, too, eh?'"

26. That's exactly what I've been saying!

That is definitely the upside! You can go tell all the fundies they must not be true Christians and that they are going to hell.

7. Even more fun

Leave two sets of men's clothes at the closest bus stop to a gay bar. Leave a family set in front of a halal grocery store.

10. I love this.

I wish I had an old car I didn't need and couldn't be traced back to me.
This might even be worth stealing one.
Two complete sets of clothes would be left in the front seat,
a complete child's set in the back seat, pull the car off the side of the road,
maybe close up against a tree,
and leave the engine running.

13. Load it up with "peace" and "DU" bumper stickers....

"Co-exist" "save the whales" "pro-choice"

Too funny! Their ignorance is nothing new.

Heh, it really is. I would so do this if I knew a window-licker that actually believed this was gonna happen.

On the other hand, one must note that the DUmbasses have NOooo problem buying into Al Gore's doomsday scenario whatsoever. Morons.

Ah, and so the DUmmies, like most of the Christophobic bigots I've seen crawling out of the woodwork the last few days in various places, assume that all Christians everywhere believe in what this one extremely small lunatic fringe group (Who's already been wrong once before about when Christ will return) is predicting, even though literally every fellow Christian I've personally talked to about it (Including several quite educated Biblical scholars) agrees that it's bogus, and the Bible itself says that no man can know the day or time of Christ's return before it actually happens.

I don't personally know of even one individual who believes this will happen on Saturday. I'd guess the vast majority of cultural Christians aren't even much aware of this. Since a bunch of Imams in Iran also believe the world is ending this month, I guess the DUers will also be putting efforts into similar pranks at various mosques, right?
