I love my family. They listen to what I gripe about and get me what I need.

This is a combo weight for distance and weight over bar implement for the highland games training.

The one I home made from plates and plumbing pipe keeps breaking so they went and got me a official one.

I love them so much.

sorry miss read that. My wife carried it into the house and set it up on my bench in the garage. I came home to work out and found it with a fathers day card. She gave it to me now because she wants me to train with it before my next comp in july.

Just don't be throwing your weight around the house after this. You'll put your eye out.

here is the light weight one I recently made. I had a old dumbell that I didnt need.

This weighs 7 lbs heavier than the official light weight for distance. Its 35 lbs.
